Absolute Beginners Runners Club

  • Have you tried running before but struggled with the breathing, co-ordination or strength aspects?
  • Do you find running boring or tedious?
  • Do you want to lose weight but find dieting difficult?
  • Do you have high blood pressure?

If you answer yes to any of these questions then this group is for you!

It’s a wonderful opportunity to get together with like minded people; receive advise from experienced runners on all aspects of running and fitness, where to train, how to breath, how to progress etc.
