Welcome to the Crows

We are a running club open to all children from 9-15 years of age.

All children are welcome and every member will be valued and respected regardless of ability. Quite often, the seemingly not so athletic members at childhood are our future champions!

We will encourage children to participate at their level both in cross country, fun runs and track and field (in conjunction with Biggleswade AC and Herts Phoenix) to explore their own interests and potential.

Our main aim includes enjoyment and personal achievement for all members.

Thursdays 6-7pm
WINTER King James Way
SUMMER: Meridian School track 

AGE:   9-16
COST:  £1.50 Per session (non-members)
MEMBERSHIP   £25.00 /YEAR

Sessions coached by Chris Maxwell , Malcom Hall, Level, 2 coach Ss, Dave Evans Level 1 coach and Wendy Jones Level 2  and CIA coach. CRB registered.

Track events

U13 Club challenge

Wed 11th June. Great evening out!!!! Hemel Hempstead   7pm.

EYAL league ( run for Biggleswade AC our link up club! On local athletic tracks, see Wendy for details and to register the Monday before the event)

Open meetings.

Good no pressure events, to try track running. You are seeded according to the times you put down and so are always in a race with people of your own ability.

Cambridge Development Open Meetings
St Ives track 7pm. Enter on day.

11th June
23rd July.
Also Watford Open graded meetings for the keener of you on the 2nd Wednesday in the month.

Fun Runs

7th June 3 mile Fun Run, Everton family day (near Gamlingay)
8th June St Albans half marathon and 1.5 mile fun run.
Tuesday 10th June. Royston Runners BBQ and 3Km relays
15th June Ramsey 10Km and 3K Fun Run
22nd July  St Ives Fun Run (3 km)

**** Sept  Date to be confirmed.   Hertfordshire County Young Athletics Road Relays. U11, U13, and U15 teams, Transport can be provided to some of these events. Any problems give us a ring.
